▸What is a credit?
One unit of paid work. A full report costs 40 credits, a fix pack 20, a re-scan 4. Heavier outputs cost more because they run more analysis. Basic scans cost nothing and never will.
▸Do credits expire?
Never. Buy a pack today and spend the last credit whenever you like. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
▸What do I get for free?
Unlimited slop scans: the score, the verdict, top findings, and one Hostile Condition check. New accounts also start with 60 free credits, which covers one full report and one fix pack.
▸Why do outcomes cost different amounts?
Cost follows the work. A re-scan re-runs the detectors, so it is cheap. A full report runs every section, all 8 Hostile Conditions, and the screenshot evidence, so it costs the most after the rival comparison.
▸Which pack should I pick?
Fixing one page: Fix. Iterating on a product until launch: Studio. Client work or anything with a CI pipeline: Agency, which also unlocks the CI gate outright.
▸How does the CI gate work with credits?
Buying the Agency pack unlocks the gate itself, once, for good. Each gate run then costs 4 credits, the same as a re-scan.
▸Can I get a refund?
If you have not spent any credits from a pack, email us within 14 days and we will refund it. Once credits are spent the pack is in use.
▸What currency are prices in?
GBP. Payment goes through Stripe, which handles cards and local payment methods at checkout.
